T&C Surf Design is a surf brand founded in Hawaii in 1971 by Craig Sugihara and his partner, Thaddeus "Takayama" Yano. The "T&C" stands for "Town & Country", a popular surf spot in Hawaii.
T&C Surf was known for its innovative surfboard designs and became one of the most well-prestigious surf brands in the world. The company also began producing surf wear, including t-shirts and board shorts, which became popular among surfers and the general public.
In the 1980s, T&C Surf expanded globally, opening stores and sponsoring professional surfers. They also began producing skateboards and sponsoring skateboarders, including Tony Hawk and Christian Hosoi.
Today, the T&C Surf brand continues to be popular among surfers, skaters, and fans of surf culture.
